Meet The Teacher

Hi! I am Veronica Duff, and I am a third-grade teacher and an author of children's books about marine animals. My favorite marine mammal is the manatee. Every year we take a trip to swim with them at Crystal River Springs.

I grew up in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania and my whole family still lives there!

In addition to being a teacher, I am also still a student. I go to school at night at College of the Florida Keys.

I have had a lot of roles in my life, but my favorite one is Mom. I have two grown sons. My husband is a college Math professor, and we love to play music and be outdoors. I am a singer and a percussionist. Percussion is so much fun!

I love lots of color and creativity and will bring both into every lesson!
